Shipping Policy:

Every effort is made to ship confirmed orders same day placed before 2:00pm MST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm MST will be processed the following business day, and orders placed after 2:00pm MST Friday through Sunday or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Customers will receive an email notification that includes tracking information once the order ships. Orders not received or processed in time for pickup will ship the following business day, which may delay the receipt of your shipping confirmation email.

Bliss Herbal uses legal shipping methods, and all packages are sent via customer’s shipping method of choice (i.e. USPS priority or USPS first-class mail.) Therefore, Bliss Herbal is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customer’s address, lost in transit, undelivered, or mistakenly seized.

USPS shipping policies state that delivery time will vary based on destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website, or by following the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. While we cannot guarantee destination arrival time once your order leaves our facility, we do everything in our power to ensure a timely and successful delivery.

All packages are sent professionally and discreetly, and contain a “Notice” describing section 7606 of the 2014 Agricultural Act regarding hemp, as well as scannable QR codes with 3rd parties lab test results for every product’s corresponding batch. We also include an order invoice inside the package.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.
