If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Simply contact us then send the remaining product to the address we provide you with. You are only responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All information that is entered is the sole ownership of BlissCaf, and will not be sold or distributed, and is only used to process orders and to follow up with customers.
Once we inspect the item and contents we will notify you via email. Then we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your own card’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
