Refunds

Please send a picture via email to [email protected] Once we inspect the the issue and contents, we will notify you via email. Then we will initiate a refund to your credit card if product is not satisfactory. Refund amount will not include initial shipping costs paid. You will receive the credit within a number of days depending on your own card’s policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
